This Privacy Policy describes how VisoWork ("we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Service.

Information We Collect

Account information. Email address, display name, and authentication provider identifiers when you sign in.

Project and usage data. Project names, API key metadata (prefix and last-4 hint only — raw keys are hashed), request counts, endpoint categories, and rate-limit state used to operate and bill the Service.

Submitted content. Images, audio, documents, and prompts you submit via the Vision and Storage APIs. This content is processed to produce responses and stored in object storage only if you use the Storage API.

Technical data. IP address, user agent, and request timestamps collected by standard server logs for security and debugging.

How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and authorize API requests.
• Meter usage for billing and enforce rate limits.
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• Communicate service announcements and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Infrastructure providers that host our databases, object storage, and compute.
• Third-party model providers that process your submitted content to produce responses. Submitted content is transmitted to these providers under their respective data-processing terms.
• Legal compliance, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• API request logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging.
• Storage API content is retained until you delete it.
• Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax law.

Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported by the underlying infrastructure. API keys are stored as bcrypt hashes. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact support@visowork.com to exercise these rights.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email.
