Terms of Service

Last updated: April 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VisoWork ("the Service"), operated by the VisoWork team. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for any API keys issued to your projects.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Exceed documented rate limits or otherwise impose unreasonable load on the Service.
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute content that violates applicable law or third-party model provider policies.

3. API Keys and Billing

API keys are scoped to projects you own. Usage is metered per request and billed according to the pricing published at the time of use. You are responsible for securing your keys; any usage incurred by a leaked key is your responsibility until the key is revoked.

4. Content

You retain ownership of the images, audio, documents, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant VisoWork a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not use Your Content to train models unless you explicitly opt in.

5. Third-Party Models

The Service routes requests to third-party vision and multimodal model providers. Your use of those outputs is additionally subject to the applicable provider's terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time via the dashboard.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Model outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for validating any results before relying on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisoWork's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Contact
